UGANDA to experience a total eclipse on 3rd November best viewed from Masindi and West Nile (incl. Kidepo National Park)
The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has confirmed that Uganda on 3th November 2013 will experience a total eclipse. This is the time when the spectacular total eclipse will descend on Uganda specifically best viewed from Masindi and West Nile (including Kidepo National Park).
As a result of this event, Uganda will be an exciting part of Astrological history because the country lies on the path of a Hybrid Solar Eclipse. Note that a total eclipse occurs when the dark silhouette of the moon completely obscures the intensely bright light of the sun, allowing the much fainter solar corona to be visible. During the maximum phase of a total eclipse, the sun‘s disk is completely blocked. In this case, Uganda is experiencing this maximum phase.
