Welcome to the Website of the Uganda Embassy in Berlin, Germany. Our mission is to promote and strengthen the friendly relations between the governments and peoples of the Republic of Uganda and Germany.

The Ugandan Mission in Berlin is accredited to Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, The Vatican, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania.

The Berlin Mission is also accredited to the United Nations Agencies in Bonn, Hamburg and Vienna. 

It is our desire and hope that the Website will provide useful information and data to investors, visitors, business persons and friends of Uganda in general. We would be glad to answer any questions that you might have on the Website or on Uganda in particular.

Come and visit Uganda in Berlin between 10:00 am and 18:00 pm at stand no. 50 and enjoy Ugandan hospitality with a tasty cup of freshly brewd Mt. Elgon Coffee.

Registration of Ugandans in the Diaspora for National Identity Cards

On 1st November 2013, Cabinet approved the Implementation Strategy for the Mass Registration of Citizens of Uganda of 16 years and above. The immediate/short term need was for the project to register those who would participate in the 2016 general elections.

Germany contributes 20 Million Euros to EAC to support immunisation programme in collaboration with GAVI

The Federal Republic of Germany today signed an intergovernmental agreement with the East African Community (EAC) in order to support vaccinations in the region. Germany makes available a financial contribution of 20 million Euros in support of an immunisation programme that will be implemented in collaboration with the GAVI Alliance
